Precious Pup Behaviour Support

These Terms of Trade explain how I provide behaviour support services and any physical products through Precious Pup. They're written in plain language so you know exactly what to expect.
Bookings & Payments
All sessions are booked online through my scheduling system.
Payment is required at the time of booking unless we've agreed otherwise in writing.
Prices are listed in AUD and may be updated from time to time.

Session Expectations
I provide trauma‑informed, emotionally‑aware behaviour support for dogs and their humans.
Sessions are collaborative and based on your dog's comfort level and emotional safety.
You're responsible for following safety guidelines discussed during your session.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
You may reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment.
Cancellations within 24 hours may be charged the full session fee, as that time is held just for you.
If I need to reschedule due to illness, weather, or safety concerns, you'll be offered the next available time.

Products
All products are for enrichment or wellbeing support and should be used under supervision.
Pickup‑only items must be collected within the agreed timeframe.

Safety
Your dog's wellbeing and emotional safety come first.
If a dog is unwell, distressed, or unsafe to work with, I may pause or end the session and reschedule.
Privacy
Any personal information you share is kept confidential and used only for providing your service.
I do not share your details with third parties unless required by law.

Refund Policy
Services Because behaviour support is a time‑based professional service, refunds are generally not offered once a session has been completed. Refunds may be considered if:
a booking error occurred, or
the service could not be delivered due to an issue on my end.

Cancellations
Sessions cancelled with more than 24 hours' notice may be refunded or credited.
Sessions cancelled within 24 hours are non‑refundable, as that time is reserved for you.

Products
If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact me within 7 days for a replacement or refund.
For hygiene and safety reasons, enrichment items that have been used cannot be returned unless faulty and must be free from damage.
Change‑of‑mind returns are not available for consumables or enrichment items.

Subscriptions
You may cancel your subscription with 24 hours notice.

How to Request a Refund
Email me with your name, order details, and what went wrong. I'll always respond with kindness and clarity.

- Payment information (processed securely through third‑party providers)
We do not collect unnecessary data, and we do not use your information for marketing without your consent.

We collect information in ways that feel respectful and transparent, including:
- When you contact us, book a service, or complete a form
- During conversations, emails, or messages
- Through our website booking system or online store
- When you voluntarily share information to help us support your dog
You are always welcome to ask why certain information is needed.

Your information is stored securely using reputable digital systems with appropriate safeguards. We take reasonable steps to protect your data from loss, misuse, or unauthorised access.
Only authorised staff or contractors (if any) who need the information to support you and your dog can access it.
6. Sharing Your Information
We only share your information when:
- You give clear consent
- It is necessary to deliver a service (e.g., referral to a vet or allied professional)
- We are required by law or insurance obligations
- A third‑party provider is involved in payment processing or website hosting
These providers have their own privacy safeguards in place.
We do not share your information for advertising or external marketing.

You can request access to your personal information at any time. If something is incorrect, outdated, or no longer relevant, you can ask for it to be updated or removed.
